Step 1: Contact us directly at tribalfam@yahoo.com to discuss your design. Include your order number; we will work with you to incorporate art, club logo, number, and even photos.

Important: let us know the size and brand of your blades, so we can accurately adjust the size of your artwork.

Step 2: We will get back to you with the simulation of the finished product. Review it and let us know if you would like to make any changes. We will work with you until it's exactly how you imagined it.

Step 3: Approve and go! Your blades will be ready in 3 business days.

LET US HELP

How to find the length of the blade? Locate the Three-Digit Number: Flip your skate over and look for a three-digit number stamped on the back corner of the holder, usually beneath the heel of the boot. This number indicates the blade size in millimeters.

REFUND POLICY
Once you place an order, the return is possible only for the engraving part of the purchase ($22 for the simple design, $100 for full-blade engraving). Art setup will not be refunded. Cancellation is possible within 3 days from placing the order.

ENGRAVING NEW BLADES
We have good news! You can purchase new blades directly from us. We offer a variety of brands and sizes. Blades are purchased SEPARATELY.

ENGRAVING YOUR OWN BLADES
If you'd like to use your own blades for engraving, no problem! Contact us, we will either schedule a pick-up with you or give you our mailing address. 

ENSURING QUALITY
Our engraving doesn’t affect the durability of steel.
The margin near the edge allows sharpening. 
We use the annealing process, which doesn’t remove metal from the surface, but only darkens the steel, leaving smooth, durable, and rust-resistant markings.
